Founding Fullstack Developer

Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a Founding Fullstack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of total professional experience to design, architect, and launch a highly scalable, real-time Rideshare SaaS Platform from scratch. In this stealth-mode role, you will act as the core technical driver. You will maximize development velocity by combining local AI environments (Cursor) and pipeline automation agents (Harness AI Code/DevOps Agents) directly with GitHub Actions to run an automated software delivery lifecycle. As an early founding team member, this role includes significant equity in the business.

Core Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Management: Design and maintain optimized data layers using both relational and non-relational database structures to handle complex user data alongside heavy real-time tracking metrics.

• CI/CD & Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end continuous integration and deployment pipelines, designing automated testing, builds, and artifact distribution workflows natively within GitHub Actions.

• AI-Native Engineering: Leverage Cursor for rapid local multi-file feature building and combine it with Harness AI Agents to automate PR reviews, test suite execution, and pipeline diagnostics inside GitHub repository workflows.

• Platform Architecture: Architect and scale a high-performance Rideshare SaaS infrastructure capable of handling high-concurrency, real-time data streaming (GPS tracking, dynamic routing).

• Cross-Platform Mobile Delivery: Own the end-to-end development, testing, and deployment of native-feeling mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Database Expertise: Proven production experience with both Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Non-Relational/NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB) to manage diverse data structures effectively.

• Experience Metric: Minimum of 3+ years of professional software engineering experience working in production environments.

• CI/CD Expertise: Proven hands-on experience building, maintaining, and automating production-grade pipelines using GitHub Actions alongside continuous delivery frameworks like Harness.

• IDE & Agent Tooling: Dual fluency in local AI generation environments (Cursor) and pipeline automation agents (Harness AI Code/DevOps Agents).

• Web Frameworks: Expert-level mastery of Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Mobile Ecosystem: Proven experience building and shipping cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android (via React Native/Expo), specifically managing geolocation services, map rendering, and background tracking.
