Position Overview
We are seeking an elite Lead Technical Instructor & Curriculum Designer to anchor and curate the core AI and software learning experiences for Project-TEC. This contract-based role requires a senior engineer or technical educator who can not only teach live sessions but also architect, curate, and continuously refine our hands-on coursework, labs, and project frameworks.
You will personally own the syllabus and project design for our core software tracks (Python, Generative AI, Agentic AI) while collaborating with guest specialists to maintain high pedagogical standards across all other domains. Compensation is high-tier, milestone-driven, and paid per completed training cohort with enrollment revenue-sharing.
Core Responsibilities
• Coursework Curation & Design: Design, build, and continuously refresh the end-to-end curriculum, coding labs, real-world project sandboxes, and capstone criteria for the core tracks.
• Core AI Instruction: Lead and manage engaging live, cohort-based sessions for Python Programming, Generative AI, and Agentic AI tracks.
• Capstone Engineering: Direct learners through 100% project-based milestones, enabling them to build and ship production-grade agentic systems and full-stack AI products end-to-end.
• Platform Oversight: Establish the instructional blueprint and baseline standards for guest instructors handling Cloud, Data, and Quantum tracks to ensure a cohesive student journey.
• Mentorship: Provide rigorous code reviews, host office hours, and evaluate complex technical submissions to bridge the gap between technical knowing and doing.
Required Qualifications
• Professional Experience: 4+ years of production experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or technical consultancy roles.
• Curriculum Curation Background: Proven experience building structured technical courses, bootcamps, internal corporate training programs, or open-source educational resources.
• Python & GenAI Mastery: Deep fluency in Python (NumPy, Pandas), RAG systems, vector databases, LLM APIs, and fine-tuning open-source models.
• Agentic AI Expertise: Hands-on experience building and orchestrating multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Preferred Qualifications
• Active contributor to the open-source AI community or high-visibility project curriculum on GitHub.
• Familiarity with modern container infrastructure (Docker, CI/CD) or data orchestration platforms to smoothly design transition points into the cloud/data tracks.
